Anyone who has ever watched a woman put on a panty girdle knows that you sit down on the edge of the bed or on a chair, roll the girdle down, then slip on the legs one at a time and gently ease it up on your body until you must stand and finish pulling it up.

Any women who has ever worn a panty girdle knows you don't try and put it on wearing heels. Stupid.
